Having trouble accessing online banking?

We are here to help! Starting Monday, February 12 at 11 am MT you can access your new online banking system by clicking the Sign In icon on the top right corner of this page. Enter your User ID, which will remain the same, but will now be case sensitive, in the User ID box. Do not click the first time users link. For security reasons, the first time you log in to online banking, you will be required to log in using a temporary password, which can be found on page 14 of the Welcome to Hillcrest Bank guide that was mailed to you in January. You will then be prompted to select where you want your one-time security code sent. We will call or text the one-time security code to the phone number you selected. When signing in to online banking for the first time, if you don’t receive your one-time security code, call 855.629.7618 and one of our Client Services & Solutions Specialists will be available to assist you. After you log in with your temporary password, you will be prompted to change the temporary password to a password of your choice. Open and read the online disclosures and accept to enroll in online banking.

You will also need to re-enroll in online statements. Don’t worry, it’s easy. Simply click on the Accounts tab, click on the Online Documents link and follow the prompts to add Online Documents. Please open, read, and accept the disclosures presented to complete enrollment.

Need to activate your new Hillcrest Bank Visa debit card?

Your Peoples Bank Debit Mastercard® will be replaced with a new chip-enabled Hillcrest Bank Visa® Debit Card. Your Peoples Bank card will stop working at 11:59 pm MT on Sunday, February 11, 2018. Your new Hillcrest Bank debit card can be activated and used beginning at 11:59 pm MT on Thursday, February 8, 2018. You can activate your new card by calling the activation number that shipped with your card. You can select your PIN when you call to activate. We will not send a PIN mailer. If you had a Peoples Bank Debit Mastercard and have not received your new Hillcrest Bank Visa Debit Card, please call us at 855.629.7618 or stop by your banking center.

 


 


 

Need to update your routing number?

Your new bank routing number is 101002716. You may continue to use your existing checks and deposit slips. You will not need to worry about ordering new checks until you run out, unless we’ve communicated otherwise.

Your direct deposits, automatic payments, and transfers will process as they have in the past, but we recommend you update your routing number.
