Mobile Banking Quick Start Guide
Stop receiving a paper statement in the mail and, instead, view, download and print all of your statements at once. Once you enroll through the Online Document tab, you will receive an email alert when your statement is ready to view. Once enrolled, you can view statements from the last 18 months. All of your account information securely at your fingertips. That’s common sense.
Common Sense Pay
Need to pay people? With the Common Sense Pay option (in the Pay and Transfer tab in Online Banking), you can send funds to individuals in as little as one business day electronically for a low fee of $0.50 per transaction. All you need is an email address or the mobile phone number of the person receiving funds. With no exchange of bank or personal information, Common Sense Pay is a fast and secure way to pay people.
Hillcrest Bank is happy to provide a new variety of alerts available for your account. Most alerts can be sent to both an email address, as well as a text message to your mobile phone. Alerts are available for your account, debit card, Bill Pay transactions, Common Sense Pay transactions, as well as when changes are made to your online banking profile.
