Joseph “Joe” Hansen is Senior Vice President of our Commercial Middle Markets Team! Based in Dallas, Joe brings nearly 29 years of banking expertise in commercial banking, M&A, owner occupied facilities, commercial real estate, and more.

A dedicated leader, Joe’s career journey spans from credit and risk to senior executive roles at both community and regional banks, where he’s driven strategic growth and managed major relationship, pipeline, and policy/risk operations. Beyond professional achievements, Joe has served the US Army for 35 years, is a board member of a local boutique investment bank, and is a faculty member of the SMU Southwest Graduate School of Banking.
