David is currently serving as Senior Vice President and Utah Market President for Hillcrest Bank. In this role, David is responsible for leading the commercial banking efforts in Utah which includes business development, brand awareness and relationship management of Middle Market companies. This includes working with all industry types, including not for profits and helping advise them on operational efficiencies through our comprehensive treasury management platform, senior debt structures, participations and growth strategies.
Prior to joining Hillcrest Bank, David spent 13 years with SunTrust and led the Commercial Banking team in Central Florida. There, David and his team were responsible for managing one of the bank’s largest portfolios and was very active in one of the banks legacy markets. At SunTrust, David and his team worked with privately held companies on transition planning, increasing shareholder value and leveraging the banks universal banking platform which included investment banking and leveraged finance capabilities.
In the community, David is currently serving on committees for MountainWest Capital Network, EDC Utah, Utah Black Chamber, United Way of Salt Lake City and current member of Leadership Utah. David received his Bachelor Degree in Political Science – Pre-Law from the University of Central Florida.
Rebecca joined Hillcrest Bank in May 2019 as a Commercial and Specialty Banking Specialist. Rebecca has more than 9 years of banking experience, coming from a background in both retail and business banking. Today she works closely with the Commercial Relationship Managers and their clients throughout the loan process and ongoing banking needs. Previously Rebecca spent 3 years in Wells Fargo’s Business Banking group as a Business Associate assisting with business loans and treasury management product and services. Rebecca received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Utah State University.
Tyler has been working in commercial banking for 14 years. He joined the Hillcrest Bank team in October 2019. He enjoys working with clients to find solutions that meet their particular needs. He works closely with business partners, inside and outside of the bank, to ensure clients succeed. He has experience in leveraged buyouts and M & A transactions. He has worked with clients in manufacturing, machining, construction, real estate, wholesale foods, restaurants, healthcare, telecommunications, and indirect financing. Prior to joining Hillcrest Bank, he was a manager in the commercial department for America First Credit Union and before that worked in commercial and corporate lending positions at Zions Bank. He has a bachelor degree in marketing and an MBA from the University of Utah.
Erin is a skilled and dedicated professional with 15 years of experience in commercial and consumer banking. Her foundations in the banking and credit industry consist of strong skills in financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, loan structuring, loan document negotiations, and general accounting principles. She is adept at developing and maintaining processes that reduce redundancy, improve accuracy and efficiency, adhere to bank regulations, and achieve organizational objectives. Erin is the Vice President, Sr. Portfolio Manager Commercial Banking of Hillcrest Bank, a Division of National Bank Holdings Corporation. Erin has a B.S. degree in Business Administration, John B. Goddard School of Business, Weber State University (AACSB Accredited) and an Exemplary Credit Professional Graduate.
Quinn joined Hillcrest Bank in May 2021 as a Vice President - Senior Portfolio Manager with more than 10 years combined banking experience in both retail and middle market commercial banking. In this role, he partners with the Commercial Relationship Managers in providing common sense solutions and advisory services to clients, underwrites commercial credit facilities, and manages a growing portfolio of lower middle market commercial clients. Previous to Hillcrest Bank, Quinn worked as an analyst in the commercial and corporate lending divisions at Zions Bank and in various retail banking and lending positions at America First Credit Union. Quinn holds a Masters of Finance degree from the University of Utah.
