Tricia Maxon

Tricia Maxon is the Director of Small Business Banking. Ms. Maxon has been with Community Banks of Colorado since 2006.  She has lived in Telluride since 1991, with a Colorado background that includes seven years as Senior Lender at First National Bank of Telluride (now Alpine Bank), and seven years as President of The Bank of Telluride, a WestStar Bank (now US Bank) with additional responsibilities for the Aspen, Norwood and Montrose markets.

Ms. Maxon began her banking career in New York City. From 1985 – 1988 Ms. Maxon was an officer in the Commercial Real Estate group at Marine Midland Bank in Manhattan.  She was a Vice President in the Real Estate Finance Group of Chase Manhattan Bank from 1988-1991.

Ms. Maxon holds a BA from Trinity College in Connecticut, with a double major in Economics and Spanish.  She also holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.  Ms. Maxon is very involved in the Telluride community. She is a Board member of The Telluride Foundation, has served on the Board of the Telluride Montrose Regional Air Organization, the Board of Telluride Visitors Services, and is the former President of the Telluride Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Pack started with Hillcrest Bank as of June 2019. His Banking career started in 2006 when he went to work for JP Morgan Chase. He worked there for 5 years in a Retail setting, where he primarily marketed to Small Business Owners. After leaving Chase Bank, he moved to Bank of the West, spending time as a Banker in the Branch. Over 9 years, moving from a Banker, to Branch Manager, to Business Banking officer, and again to a Business Banking Relationship Manager. His most notable accomplishments at Bank of the West, was taking a struggling Branch loan portfolio from $3 Million up to $60 Million in a little over 3 years. All the while being a top performer and earning President’s Club over 2 consecutive years. Mr. Pack enjoys building new business relationships and providing solutions to those individuals in a professional manner. Mr. Pack graduated from LDS Business College in 2005 with an Associates in Business Management. He continues to serve the community through Non-profits such as The Road Home that supports and assists the homeless community in Salt Lake city. Also, he has spent a considerable time with helping organizations like Junior Achievement in teaching Young students about personal finances and entrepreneurship.

Since his arrival in the US he has served in Commercial and Business Banking departments with Community Banks and large Brand financial institutes in the Utah Market. Currently Desmond Serves as VP/ Business Banking Officer in the Utah Valley for Hillcrest Bank, part of NBH Bank. Desmond has a BA degree in Marketing from Damelin College Durban, South Africa.

A native to Utah, Melissa Mitchell is currently working as a Business Banking Development Officer at Hillcrest Bank.  She has enjoyed an accomplished and diverse twelve-year career in the financial industry, holding position titles of Branch Manager, Commercial Relationship Manager, Healthcare Specialist, and Business Banking Development Officer.  Ms. Mitchell’s professional affiliations exemplify her passion for helping business owners.  She has also participated in Salt Lake County Business Forum question and answer panel for business lending.  She has built up relationships that has allowed her to participate in World Trade Center Utah Chapter sponsored events, Utah Economic Development Business Symposiums, and future commitments with Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce.
